KEITH McCRONE Keith McCrone has over 23 years in the automotive industry. In the early years Keith worked for Toyota as a Certified Master Technician then moved on to shop management and ownership. Keith has multiple certifications in Business Management, Marketing and automotive diagnostic and repairs. Keith and his friend Gerry Frank also own another very successful Automotive Repair facility in Brunswick called Royal Car Care and Tire Center. In Keith’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his sons Stephen and Logan often they find themselves going to or watching auto racing on T.V. in which Keith has vast accomplishments in the sport as well. 
DIANE WEBER Diane joined our team in May of 2002 as our customer service representative. Diane works as a service advisor, customer service representative and her primary job is shop manager. She brings to the business 20 years of customer service experience. Diane is married with 2 children, both of which are currently in college. Diane likes to spend her spare time walking her Siberian Huskey, Raja and is currently in the process of rescuing another huskey by the name of Harrison. Diane also enjoys working in the yard.
BRIAN BEANE Brian Beane joined our team as a Service Advisor in October of 2007. He brings to our team 18 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. Brian is married with 2 beautiful little boys. Brian and his wife Susie enjoy camping, fishing and spending time with their beautiful children.
ARTHUR KNIGHT Arthur joined our team in January of 2008 as our Service Advisor. He brings to our team 10 years of experience. Arthur graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in business administration. Arthur also has full line Nissan certification. He enjoys golfing, working out and spending time with his wife Joliet and his dog Josie. 
LAURA LEE Laura joined our team in August of 2007 as our Director of WoW. She brings to our team 10 years of experience as a customer service representative. She has definitely brightened our front lobby with her very positive and energetic personality. In her spare time she enjoys bowling, biking and spending time with her husband Barry and her adorable son Jeremy. Laura can help with all your scheduling needs.  SCOTT BEDNARSKI Scott joined our team in May of 2002 as a full line certified technician and now is the shop forman. Scott has 20 years of experience many certifications and continues to grow through extensive technician and leadership training. Scott and his son Josh enjoy raising chameleons, fishing and camping. 
Terry Mack Terry joined our team in April of 2004 as full line certified technician. He has 20 years of experience as a technician and currently works as one of our lead technicians. He has a major in automotive technology from Northwestern Business College and a minor in applied science. In his spare time Terry enjoys spending time with his wife Angie and their two German Shorthaired Pointers, Storm and Thunder. Terry also enjoys working around the house. 
VICTOR VELAZQUEZ Victor Velazquez joined our team in July of 2007 as a full line certified technician. He brings to our team 13 years of experience. Victor has continued his training and has to date completed 5 certifications. Victor is married and has 3 beautiful children. Victor enjoys watching Nascar and football in his spare time. His enjoys the time spent with his wife and his 3 children. When it is time to relax Victor enjoys fishing and playing basketball, all 5’5” of him (look out Lebron James). 
JONATHAN PYLE Jonathan joined our team in December of 2007 as a full line certified technician. Jonathan brings 26 years of experience to our business. Jonathan carries many technician certifications such as brakes, steering and suspension. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the classic car and European vehicle repair and diagnosis. In his spare time Jon enjoys working on his house, building motorcycles and working with his horses.
 BRIAN BENO Brian joined our team in April of 2008 as our vehicle detailer and porter. Brian brings 10 years of experience to our team and 2 of those years were spent working as a technician. When he is not maintaining our state of the art repair facility and detailing our client’s vehicles he is continuing his training as a technician.
